Tips berpuasa from a fellow gastric sufferer (?) entah
1. Jgn mkn gelojoh, take your time to chew (44 kali lebih afdhol gitu)
2. If your stomach is prone to angin, avoid food that contains santan, especially masak lemak,,, hmm,,,
3. Take pro/prebiotics kalau boleh, yogurt onz

4. Avoid dairies (again, if you have stomach pain or bloating whenever u take dairies - yogurt is fine)
5. Eat more fruits & veges of course
6. Drink water - 500ml AM & 500ml PM. Kalau boleh minum lebih, lagi bagus tp moderate amount lah yop

If doktor bg ubat gastric, ambik je dulu okay? I dah lama x ambik ubat gastric since i pantang makan… so far okay lah Alhamdulillah tp kalau terlepas mkn cheese tu mmg sakit ya amat juger,,,
