Since democrats want open borders, lets take a good look at what life is like in Mexico right now and the kind of people and lifestyles that they are inviting in shall we?

2) The lime business in Mexico is under attack by The Knights Templar, which is based in the lime producing epicenter of Michoacán, is a splinter group of La Familia Michoacana.

3) Cartel members have demanded a % of orchard owners lime shipments, threatening to burn down their farms, rape their daughters or kill their children.

Business owners have pushed back by forming vigilante "self-defense" groups, battling the cartels in violent shootouts.

4) “El Chapo,” the former leader of the Sinaloa cartel is now rotting in a maximum-security prison cell in Colorado, serving multiple life sentences. Two of his sons, including Ovidio, have been indicted, and so Ovidio was taken into custody.

5) Very soon after the Mexican soldiers found themselves surrounded by an armed force of some 400 sicarios, the Spanish word for “hitmen” or drug-gang militias. Vehicles outfitted with large-caliber automatic weapons descended on the city. The narcos were taking over.

6) They set tanker trucks & vehicles on fire in major intersections to make it hard for national security forces to respond & started firing on the National Guard.

People were horrified by the piercing sound of large-weapons fire & took cover. Culiacán looked like hell on earth

7) As these cartels continue to grow larger their crimes grow bolder with every passing day. Not even police stations are safe from their well armed and brutally violent attacks. Over 150 politicians who could not be bought were murdered during Mexico's last election cycle.

8) Migrants are routinely kidnapped, raped, tortured & killed if they refuse to join the cartels. The air is filled with fear & the streets are home to bodies of the dead. In 2010 72 migrants were abducted by the Los Zeta's cartel and told join us or die. They were all murdered

9) Up to 85% of the women & children being encouraged to journey to the U.S. through heavily cartel infested territories are kidnapped for sex trafficking, raped or killed. Those who think they are helping by encouraging them to take that journey are signing their death warrants.

10) Not a single migrant makes it to the U.S. who has not passed through cartel hands on their journey either paying extortion tolls in each city, being forced to traffic drugs (even babies) or worse being forced to join the cartel, kidnapped and forced into slavery or killed.

11) So to those who think you are being morally righteous by encouraging them to undertake this dangerous journey, I am here to tell you that you aren't righteous, you are literally contributing to each and every murder, death, rape, and the enslavement of these innocent people.

12) The ONLY answer to stop the drugs, stop the human trafficking, stop the violence, to stop this human tragedy and restore these people's nation to their hands is to stop these cartels causing damage to everyone on both sides of the border. Anything less is simply unacceptable

13) Over 700,000 American lives have been lost due to drug related causes in only 5 years. Add in the 9,000 children who died due to accidental exposure, the 10,000 killed by illegal immigrants and those murdered or enslaved abroad and we have human suffering into the millions.

14) If one really cares about migrants they would be supporting firm action against the cartels to restore these peoples homes and safety. If one really cares about American children & families they would support firm action to protect us. If not they really don't care.

15) As these cartels grow in power the level of brutality and inhumanity displayed exceeds anything we have seen historically. Beheading, dismemberment and face peeling are common practices against their rivals. These brutal crimes are now beginning to surface in the U.S.

16) Already these cartels are present in every city, state & county in the U.S. The stage is set for our communities to become the battleground. The only question is are we going to do something before this happens & if we don't, where are WE going to run to for safety?

In closing, we are supposed to be a nation that defends the weak, frees the oppressed and raises the flag of freedom, security and safety to the world. We have failed our neighbors and ourselves, it's past time to make it right.
