First thing: it is okay to not feel okay, normal, or rested right now. We are collectively under a LOT of stress. Honestly the more empathetic you are, the more likely you are to really be feeling that collective stress too.
Even if your life is “fine” right now you may feel pressure to move on like you normally would. The thing is, your life has changed no matter who you are. The more it has changed the larger the compounding effects get.
