“But wheeerrreee is Joe Biden?” cries out a lonely nation (well, not really a nation, more like twitter bubble Dems who mistake worry and complaint for helping save democracy, and who, to their surprise, are not key targets for general election comms)

National polls edition:
“Okay, okay, but it’s an election of states, soooo *where is Joe Biden* in the swing states?”

Swing state local TV and polls edition:
“All right, fine, but it’s the young voters, where is he with them? What about that, huh?”

Young voters edition:
Obviously none of this means a win is a lock; and there’s always, always work to do in a brutal campaign. But one truth remains: never, ever has performative public handwringing contributed more to victory than just rolling up your sleeves and doing that work
(Oh, and lest there be confusion, I am, it can be verified, an entirely different and separate person from my wife; neither employed by nor pulling the strings thereof (can you even imagine?!). Will return to “kids say the darnedest things - quarantine edition” content shortly.)
