Alright moots let me educate you a little about fanarts and official art. Official artworks are released to the public while fanarts are there because the artist wanted to do it. Now, what's the difference? We don't repost fanarts without the permission of the artist. (1/5)
Please stop posting fanarts that are not yours. Also, don't use them as your icons and headers w/ permission. Using other people's art without their consent is basically stealing. It doesn't even matter if you give them credit. (2/6)
The point is, you stole their art because you didn't get permission. If you didn't know this before, then it's fine, mistakes happen. Now, stop doing it. Those artists did not use their time and efforts in the art just for it to get stolen. (3/6)
ASK PERMISSION FIRST BEFORE REPOSTING AND GIVE CREDIT PEOPLE 😚😚 If y'all will keep reposting even after seeing this thread, I'm sorry but I'll soft block you. (4/6)
Also, don't quote retweet arts of others. The correct process is retweet and then tweet "LRT" or last retweet if you wanna say something about the art, or you could just maybe reply to the art itself. Thank you have a great day 🥰 (5/6)
thanks for coming to my tedtalk jk. Let's appreciate artists for their skills, talents, and efforts. Let's respect their art as well. Let's make anitwt a safe space for artists to share their art without the fear of getting their works stolen. (6/6)
i hope this was understandable, i'm not trying to hate on anybody
