68 yo man p/w gait unsteadiness. He has metastatic adenocarcinoma of the lung. PMH of ischemic cardiomyopathy (EF 35%), CAD s/p CABG, and incidental stroke on staging MRI 6 months ago. Medications include ASA and clopidogrel. MRI at time of cancer staging is shown.

Neurologist orders MRI and MRA. The MRI DWI is shown (ADC is dark). The MRA of head and neck is normal. He has been adherent to ASA and clopidogrel. What are your next steps in diagnosis and management?
