On 21/04/2020, you emailed me with details of how to apply for a Ryanair ‘voucher’ (valid for 12 months). This is not what we agreed. Please honour your commitment stated in your email of 25/03/2020, and reimburse the money to my debit card. 3/3
On 25/03/2020, you wrote to me, acknowledging receipt of my refund request, and your reply reads:
"Once approved your refund request will be processed within 7 working days to the original form of payment and should show in your account within the next 5-7 working days.” 2/3
