A đŸ§” of Quran verses and Hadith to get you through hard times
1. You may hate a thing that is good for you

“You may dislike something although it is good for you, or like something, although it is bad for you” – Qur’an (2:216)
2. If you believe you will be tested

‘’Do people think they will be left alone after saying ‘We believe’ without being put to the test?” – Qur’an (29:2)
3. He never burdens a soul beyond what it can bare

Allah (SWT) never burdens a soul more than it can bear. I know I can firm any pain feeling because He told me, I could. “God does not burden any soul with more than it can bear” – Qur’an (2:286)
4. If Allah desires good for someone he faces hardship

Prophet Muhammad Ű”Ù„Ù‰ Ű§Ù„Ù„Ù‡ Űčليه ÙˆŰłÙ„Ù… said: “When Allah (SWT) desires good for someone, He tries him with hardships.” – Sahih al-Bukhari
5. There’s a blessing in it

Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas said ‘’O Messenger of Allah, which of the people are most sorely tested?” He said: “The Prophets, then the next best and the next best.... Calamity will keep befalling a person until he walks on the earth with no sin on him.”
6. Allah does not change your condition until you change

‘’God does not change the condition of a people unless they change what is in themselves” – Qur’an (13:11)
