Why I cannot agree w/ most ppl's UBI plans. "Welfare" programs are needed social safety nets that help ppl often left out of systems. Folks who are often left out of structured payment programs:
• Those w/o bank accounts
• Those w/o stable housing or stable address
• Undocumented folks
• Permanent residents
• Those w/ a legal history
• Domestic violence victims
• Disabled ppl
