We carry with us the lessons we have learned throughout our lives.
Sometimes they help us, some slow us down.
The strategy that helped in one situation may hinder us in another, but if it’s the only one we rely on, we are hobbled.
The challenge is not in divesting oneself of our baggage, but in unpacking it, understanding what we carry with us, and learning which tools to keep on hand and which ones are less effective now.
It’s how you stow it.

In turbulence, things shift in the overhead bins. What was safely stowed can be thrust upon us, unbidden.
We are all living through trauma right now. When something unexpectedly hits you, be patient w/ yourself. Grieve.
Repack with intentionality.
