If you invented a car that didn't get into crashes (hurry up on that, people!), you'll reduce hospital revenue.

Same with auto body shops, car co's, etc, because there are fewer crashed cars that need to be repaired or replaced.

If we all permanently stopped crashing our cars and stopped doing a lot of similarly, obviously bad things, GDP would go down but it would be a good thing.
