I’m so excited to be part of this effort to support local journalism at time when it’s so essential to our everyday lives.

More than that, because my dad was born and raised in Tacoma, I feel very lucky to have ended up in a city I already know and love.

Also BIG congrats to @syraob @NushratR and Jonathan Ng - my @columbiajourn colleagues - as well Paul Braun and @KaileyBroussard - my fellow Louisianans!
