They've done a pretty fantastic job maintaining property relations all things considered. You'd think people would be collectively appropriating resources by now.
In Philly they asked to use a closed hospital and the owner was like gimme a million dollars a month and our vanguard progressive city was like "Oh wow okay never mind I'll put it back on the shelf."
How is a city... unable to afford to rent a building... that is in the city... 🤔
