Vadivelu is overrated

That man's not half as funny as y'all give him credit to be

I get that he's now a cultural icon, and i don't dispute that. I merely feel that vadivelu, the comedian, isn't deserving of that elevation. Most of his jokes and gags are predictable AF. His early comedies were good, but i don't find most of his recent work funny.

And lol, no, my dismissal of vadivelu as a comedian doesn't mean I'm discrediting the subaltern or some shit. Y'all know way too much academese and not enough about what to do with it.
