Winston Ragos was not a Marawi war veteran. He was discharged months before the siege erupted.

We have the same questions. Winston Ragos' mother confirmed to us that he was sent home even before the Marawi siege began.

She said it was his friends, not Winston, who fought and died.
The AFP also never said he was in the siege.
