Quick update on unemployment benefits and which payments are going out now, according to the Labor Dept.:
44 states have started paying federal pandemic unemployment comp, a.k.a. the extra $600/week. The states that appear to be missing from the list: CT, ID, KS, OH, WA, WI

Nine states have started making pandemic unemployment assistance payments (this is the program that covers self-employed people and others who aren& #39;t typically included): AL, CO, IA, KY, LA, RI, TN, TX, UT
Lastly, two states, KY and MN, have started paying pandemic emergency unemployment compensation. This is the extra 13 weeks of coverage.
