Thread: No, Trump is not winning

Trump can be taken down by revelation of his tax and bank records, or by release of the unredacted Mueller Report or his counterintelligence files.

This thread explains how unlikely it is Trump can keep those bodies buried for the next 6 months.
On May 12, SCOTUS will hear two separate cases seeking Trump’s tax and bank records (see my pinned thread for details).

Trump is likely to lose both of those cases and the House and the Manhattan DA are likely to have his financial records by August.
Trump’s financial records will reveal that he is a front man for the Russian mob specializing in money laundering and financial fraud, rendering him hopelessly compromised. He’s a Russian agent, and his financial records will prove it.
Meanwhile, Trump is in two legal fights to keep the Mueller Report redacted. The case brought by the House will be teed up for SCOTUS by June, and the judge in the FOIA case will be sitting down soon to review the unredacted report and decide if it should be released publicly.
We don’t know exactly what’s hiding in the Mueller Report redactions, but we know Barr was in charge of making them and Trump and Barr have fought like cornered rats to keep them hidden. That means they must be explosive.
Trump also is fighting to cover up the results of the many counterintelligence investigations he’s faced over the years. The Senate Intel Committee told us just this week they are preparing to release a counterintelligence report in the coming months. That could be revealing.
But even if Trump can somehow keep his secrets from being revealed through legal channels, can he silence every single potential whistleblower? We know Trump is terrified of whistleblowers. That’s why he’s firing the Inspectors General who would receive whistleblower complaints.
All it would take to bring Trump down is one brave employee at Deutsche Bank or Mazars, one disgruntled Trump Org employee, or one brave FBI, CIA, NSA, or Treasury employee. You really think Trump doesn’t realize that there are literally hundreds of people who could rat him out?
And what about all of Trump’s accomplices? Don’t you think they are getting nervous as Biden continues to dominate Trump in the polls? I don’t know about you, but if I were a Trump accomplice, I’d be just about ready to flip on him.
Trump only appears to be getting away with it because he hasn’t been caught yet, but Trump knows he’s wading through an alligator swamp slathered in chum. The only questions are which alligator is going to pull him under, and which step will be his last.
