Has anyone looked at this politics thing as a problem of ‘sustaining innovation’? That is, one party continuing to double down on previous products/ideas to satisfy a smaller and smaller audience.
The problem being, the market is dysfunctional and suffers from path dependency and regulatory capture because it is the regulator. So new parties/ideas can’t win based on the merits.
