Theatre normally keeps me so busy that I don& #39;t get much chance to see ballet (first world problems eh!!!!) so I& #39;m jumping at the chance to watch as much as possible under lockdown. Along with reading, I& #39;m finding it one of the best ways to calm my brain down from the madness
A few recommendations... this gorgeous colourful ballet based on the life of Frida Kahlo, with Tamara Rojo in the lead role. It& #39;s on the @ENBallet YouTube channel until Friday evening (and short, so a good lunchtime watch!)

I loved watching @TheRoyalBallet& #39;s The Metamorphosis - it& #39;s almost hypnotic. And Edward Watson& #39;s incredible performance extends to his fingers and toes in ways I& #39;ve definitely tried to copy while sat on my sofa but obv cannot https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6H6KzBu4K68">https://www.youtube.com/watch...
The next thing I& #39;m v excited to watch is Matthew Bourne& #39;s Romeo and Juliet, which is coming to Sky Arts this weekend. Our dance critic @emma_byrnee loved it last year (on a press night as dramatic as the show itself) https://www.standard.co.uk/go/london/arts/matthew-bourne-romeo-and-juliet-review-sadlers-wells-a4211131.html">https://www.standard.co.uk/go/london...
