Crowdsourcing an answer here: has there ever been a publicly known exploit for iOS devices (iPhone/iPad) that allowed malware to survive a device factory reset?

Note: Someone earlier pointed me to checkm8, that doesn't work.

For the record, I've never seen one - but I'm being thorough.
