Now that Nigeria’s revenues are dwindling if I had the ear of the executive planning committee I’d suggest that
1. all CAPEX should be 80% frozen with most funds directed to electricity ONLY.
2. Grant autonomy to Universities- I.e make money, privatize or close down.

3. Push blue chip companies to adopt Primary healthcare centers in exchange for tax rebates.
4. Assign federal highways to states and institute entry and exit tolling.

5. Create a ministry called “Ease of doing business ministry” their job is to make sure that no license or permit takes more than 1 month to get. All licensing departments of parastatals move into this one building with satellite offices in each state.

6. Make commercial debt collection a ministry of justice priority.
7. Sit back and watch what happens.
8. Learn, adjust, execute.
