Crazy idea - hear me out...
Make months 30 days with 5x 6-day weeks (bin Tuesdays), and make the 1st of each month always a Monday.
Days/Dates would always be predictable!
1st? Always Monday.
30th? Always Sunday.
Add any extra days as holiday in Dec.

Years would always start on Monday 1st of January.
Years would finish either on Sat 35th Dec or Sun 36th of December, but losing a Sunday 3y of every 4 in a non-work week isn't a big deal.

The primary benefit is work-life balance and productivity.
2 days in 6 is better rest than 2 days in 7, and people are more productive when well rested.
But I like the neatness of regular days, dates, and month lengths.

1st of every month? Holiday. (+4) One every 5 weeks (30 days) nice and regular.
No more draught from August to Christmas.
