I& #39;ve realised that writing to-do lists is the absolute best way to keep my mind organised so I don& #39;t have to sit up in bed in the middle of the night being like "DID I FORGET THAT ASSIGNMENT?" because "no, that& #39;s a tomorrow task"
also having to write down small things like "drink more water" or "answer those and those texts" doesn& #39;t mean I haven& #39;t got my life under control it just means my brain needs a little extra help at the moment and that& #39;s okay!!
my to-do list for today has four points and those four points feel like absolutely enough so those are the only things I& #39;m going to focus on
those four years of therapy are really paying off, huh
