There's a lot of talk about "if"

"If naa syay pusil"
"If gipusil niya"

"If" isn't enough legally to justify the shooting. There has to be an actual imminent threat not just one that is presumed.

I understand the human factor na it was a split second call but it was still wrong
I also understand if you see it the other way though.

What constitutes an "actual imminent danger" is a gray area that allows for some debate depending on the circumstances but here i dont think the threat was "actual" or "imminent" enough to justify the shooting.
