I've criticized many things about Casey. I thought some of her tactics were naive, game management were off, wrong selection etc.

But here at United, the nastiest criticism will come with understanding that she's not that experienced, she's learning in her job, and she deserves to be afforded time and patience. Will her job at England give her time to do that? England need results and improvement stat.

The allure to be an England manager might be too great for someone like Casey, which is understandable, considering where she's coming from. Her British policy at United comes from similar background. Be careful with what you wish for.

Casey will get all the blame, her tenure will be fully ostracized in media and I think it will hurt her the most.

The English FA should go looking for experienced, know-how manager than entertaining another romantic appointment.
