I've had a few messages about my weight, whether I'm too fat/thin or too soft and not toned. Well I struggle with exercise due to a lot of my health issues. Any shoots have breaks in between. I've been trying to do bits and I think slight progress is happening... I hope 🙈
I'm also just doing these bits of exercise for me, not because of mean spirited people, but because I was feeling rubbish. Though I kind of want to gain weight as I do it but be toned at the same time? But can't seem to! All the ladies who manage this on a daily basis you rock!!!
