It's completely off. Not the color I wanted. And he did stuff to the cake I didn't ask for. AT ALL. Funny enough he had even summarized what I wanted.

I was willing to stay quiet but now that he ruined it I couldn't hold it. I was like what color did I ask for? What color is this cake? I didn't ask for this decor. As in....I was just bamboozled.
So instead of apologizing or stepping back and saying oh let me check our conversations I'm sorry I may have made an error, he goes well this is what you said. Check our conversation.

And the guy goes well what do you want me to do? So I ask if he can fix it reiterating that at no point did I say I wanted this color. And I'm not about to pay so much money for a cake that I didn't ask for.
He tells me he's never seen a client like me and that he "already messed but you make it worse." He'll send me my refund.

No sorry. No okay I see I made a mistake. The whole thread is on IG on whatsapp of what we discussed. EVERYTHING is there. And I'm like you are actually trying to throw this on me instead of admitting you made a mistake and helping me fix it. And your stuff isn't cheap. wow.
He even says i'll refund you and give the cake to someone else. WTF. Horrible service.
The guy actually ruined because I had a whole theme surrounding the cake. I had props a certain color. I had imagined it down to the T. But he's so conceited he thinks it's all about this cake.
