How do you encourage children to follow their passion in a country where 1 out of 100 children will become successful following their passion?

Education is important. Children must go to school and pass exams. And go to University. If they want to try passion then, fine!
It is okay to let kids play football, basketball, learn how to play saxophone, piano, get on track and field events, attend dance classes and all that from age 4-16. But they must go to school within that period. And they must be supported to succeed. Education comes first!
Folarin Falana aka Falz has a university degree in Law. And now, he is pursuing his passion. Not forgetting that he has rich successful parents.

If you let children in Nigeria 🇳🇬 gamble with “following passion” at a tender age, you might regret it.
