GUYS I found a technique to provoke spontaneous lucid dreams that actually works!! But it requires practice! Though is quite simple: You have to create a habit IN REAL LIFE. First of, be conscious of the physical sensations you have when walking, when sitting, >>
the sensation of water or wind on your skin, its temperature, the taste of the food going down your throat etc... Then pick something you can auto-check in a dream AND in real life. Example: each time you wash your hands ask yourself "Am I dreaming?" and make it a habit, >>
If you ask yourself "Am I dreaming?" every time you wash your hands and pay attention to what you're feeling, there are more probabilities that it happens in a dream. Maybe in your dream water eventually touches your skin and you subconsciously ask "Am I dreaming?" IN the dream>>
And then you start to realize that the water there has no temperature, that you see it against your skin but you don't feel it, and that way you awake in the dream and you get conscious of your actions>>
Don't expect to be in control of every single thing in the dream on your first times, there are different levels of consciousness in dreams, but keep practicing and you'll get there😄 Oh, and DISCLAIMER: What you see in lucid dreams is proportioned by YOUR mind only.
Why would you like to have lucid dreams? Well, it's useful to be in peace with parts of yourself, to rehearsal things you will do IRL, to find your fears and beat them or even dialogue with them and learn about yourself, or TO CHANGE PEOPLE'S SIZES, DUDE!!!
