GUYS I found a technique to provoke spontaneous lucid dreams that actually works!! But it requires practice! Though is quite simple: You have to create a habit IN REAL LIFE. First of, be conscious of the physical sensations you have when walking, when sitting, >>
the sensation of water or wind on your skin, its temperature, the taste of the food going down your throat etc... Then pick something you can auto-check in a dream AND in real life. Example: each time you wash your hands ask yourself "Am I dreaming?" and make it a habit, >>
If you ask yourself "Am I dreaming?" every time you wash your hands and pay attention to what you& #39;re feeling, there are more probabilities that it happens in a dream. Maybe in your dream water eventually touches your skin and you subconsciously ask "Am I dreaming?" IN the dream>>
And then you start to realize that the water there has no temperature, that you see it against your skin but you don& #39;t feel it, and that way you awake in the dream and you get conscious of your actions>>
Don& #39;t expect to be in control of every single thing in the dream on your first times, there are different levels of consciousness in dreams, but keep practicing and you& #39;ll get there
