If you shoot a man twice, and in vital areas of the body, you are not trying to neutralize him. You are trying to murder him.
And if people argue that the cops didn’t have any motivation to kill the victim other than self-defense, know that killing itself is a show of political force. This killing doesn’t exist in a vacuum. This killing is legitimized by institutional forces.
