HELP! My Astor’s mixamp dials are red... I’ve tried unplugged everything, using a different usb cable and it’s the same. I have the a40+mixamp pro for Xbox and PC

I can hear but my mic is like not being detected... idk wtf is going on. I can’t find a way to manually update it with command center either. I’m gonna flip, please help
