Some people pointed out a tweeet by Pratik ( @free_thinker) saying that twitter erases metadata. So checked the same video on Youtube, uploaded by Republic TV. It shows the time of creation as 21:04 HRS.
If it is UTC, that'll be 2:34 AM in India.
Still it is not matching the time

Let us assume the time shown on twitter video metadata is UTC. Republic tweeted the video at 1:47AM on 23 April. And that is the precise time the metadata time stamp on the video posted on twitter by the channel shows.

Without even checking it once, he transmitted the video to his studio/office and they tweeted it without checking it - all within 60 seconds!
Or Arnab transmitted the video from his phone / camera to his laptop (which was on and ready), uploaded it and tweeted from +

his channel's handle. Again, everything happened within 60 seconds!
