I& #39;ve been working since the 9th grade, a child at the age of 12, trying to save up some money for university and to cover the most basic stuff an adolescent would think of. I wasn& #39;t financially independent, but I thought an additional source of income would help- (1/7)

-since we were already struggling. And of course we used to get paid shit (30k LBP for a 16h-long shift). Things started to look hopeless, so I decided to save up some money and try to leave instead. I remember having to deal with 3 part-time jobs in parallel at some point. (2/7)

Developed some chronic knee issues because of it (that and some other incidents). Now looking back at it, 8 years of hopping from a part-time job to another, and later on doing my utmost to find some paid internships (a modern day slavery story for later) it was all for- (3/7)

-nothing. My savings of 8 years now already devaluated more than 50% (thanks thanks Riad). I can& #39;t leave this country, and I can& #39;t stay here either. The revolution was our only hope in restoring the hope that was stolen from us, getting our rights back, fuck we were asking- (4/7)

-for the barest minimum a dead being could possibly ask for. But that went downhill as well, all thanks to the herds of sheep we are sadly sharing this country with, and our rotten politicians that have been robbing us for years now, in broad daylight. (5/7)

It& #39;s beyond me how some people still follow these warlords, just because they offered them a loaf of bread and some soap for FREE. How can you even turn a blind eye to all the atrocities that have been happening all around you? (6/7)
