DOH says it is prioritizing emergency hiring of healthcare workers and giving benefits to them.
DOH: As of April 22, 2020, may pitong facilities na nag-request para sa emergency hiring.
DOH says the Budget Department has so far only approved funding for the hiring of 857 health workers.
DOH says it needs to hire 15,000 healthcare workers for COVID-19 fight.
DOH: Nag-realign na rin ang DOH ng 7.9 million sa RITM para mabigyan ng sweldo at benepisyo ang 22 workers na nakatalaga doon.
DOH: Meron po tayong 160 healthcare workers sa RITM.
DOH: May indikasyon na nag-flatten na pero hindi pa rin natin masasabing nagflatten na ang curve ngayon.
DOH: Batay sa ating datos ngayon, may indikasyon na nag-flflatten na [ang curve]. Pero ‘di pa rin natin masasabi. We are improving in our case-doubling time.
