I took it a notch higher by cooking Mexican Rice.
These pancakes were a joint effort of my brother, mother and I. Since we are not allowed eggs in house we made the pancake mix at home itself.
This was wholly done by my brother. He loves pasta. That& #39;s the only thing he can cook the best.
So basically we were supposed to make hot chocolate. But it curdled. So we made chocolate halwa out of it!

These were some regular meals that we had.
1) Dal Batti.
2) Rass and Dhokla. (IT dish for gujus)
3)Dosa with diff. chutneys.
4) Dal Makkhni and Naan. (rice also)

Falafel Pocket with hummus, tzatziki, sun-dried hummus.
Glazed chocolate cake which eventually turned into a Pac-Man!

Was waiting for the final product to cool down so could transfer it in a bowl and click a photo.
