Despite SC Judgment (2018) in PIL Ankur Sharma V. UoI & Ors. @naqvimukhtar (GoI) and JK Govt is conferring Minority benefits to Muslims in J&K

What is due to Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains & Christians is illegally being given to JK Muslims.

Appeasement?

Bleeding Nationalist?

@PMOIndia office runs a New PM 15 Point Programme for Minorities.

It’s implementation guidelines provide that if a National Minority is in Majority in any State, then benefits under these 15 schemes will be given to “Other Minorities”.

They are violating their own guidelines.

Supreme Court had to impose costs twice on GoI as well as JK Govt for their delaying tactics.

Murderers of Secularism & beneficiaries of Hindu sufferings filed an affidavit in SC saying that Majority Muslims will get Minority benefits in J&K.

Under Minority Schemes, GoI and JK Govt siphoning off Hundred & 100 crore of Rupees each year to Illegal Beneficiaries (JK Muslims).

Imagine illegal beneficiaries scam under MGNREGA. So many FIRs filed.

Why?

This is Secular Funds Swindling & Secular Communalism.

Given their dilly dallying tactics, the Supreme Court directed the JK Govt. and GoI to sit together and resolve the issue.

A Joint Committee of both Governments was formed.

Since the matter was on Hindu interest, the Joint Committee didn’t do anything except for blaming each other.

PDP-BJP Government in J&K started reiterating its position contemptuously saying that we will have a Minority Commission in J&K only when the need arises.
