Why the Right fails at collective action; or alternatively, why Michelle Malkin is an idiot; a thread for kicks and giggles by an account that has no political organizational experience. https://twitter.com/michellemalkin/status/1253124289936556033
The Right's greatest failure is its constantly need to shoot itself in the foot; be it through the machinations of the Chamber, the incompetence of ConservativeInc, or the stupidity of the Ever Online Right.
Now I've discussed my utter disdain for the Chamber and ConInc before, so now I turn my attention to the wing that routinely sets back its own objectives. Malkin by her own design is now the best representative of the group.
Let me be clear; this is not intended as slander against her; I once eagerly bought up her books and listened to her podcasts and read her articles. However, the past 4 months have led her down the path to completely political irrelevance as I will explain.
The answer is quite simple; the grassroots right has become far too attached and obsessed with Twitter and social media to become an effective fighting force for their ideals.
This "platform" is worthless. The majority of the fighters from the 2016 campaign are long since banned or throttled. You cannot and will not control the functionality of this site and you are drastically outnumbered. Twitter doesn't change minds or get votes.
*If you are on the grassroots Right the ONLY way to effect change is through either the Trump Administration or the GOP apparatus.*

There are *no* other options.
The failure of the Right is its obsessive need for "independent" groups or "movements." These are almost always failures from the very beginning. The moment you try and build someone up from outside the power base you are setting yourselves up for failure.
The DSA does not attempt to build its party outside the Democratic one, but rather inside it. Honesty I knew the Ever Online types would fail the moment you all attempted to break away from TPUSA to hilariously disastrous effect.
STOP TRYING TO OPERATE OUTSIDE OF THE TRUMP CURTAIN. You will be picked apart and destroyed the moment you ally yourselves with untrustworthy individuals as part of edgy identarian groups.
Disclaimer: I would also like to drastically expand the immigration EO

So, using Malkin as an example, what does the Ever Online Right do when something doesn't go their way? Apparently tweet about it, shake your fist at the White House and scream you wont vote for him.
This does nothing politically but gets you dopamine from the 1k likes, so I guess she gets something out of it.

There is little attempt for actual engagement; no calls to the WH, no contacting sympathetic congressmen or Senators; nothing.
Now while it is helpful to call out certain individuals who may or may not be blocking necessary changes; what on earth does tweeting about it do? Nothing! Get it on Tucker, or call Sen. Hawley about it, but stop whining about it.
The fact that the Right didn't organize into a immigration-reduction pac after 2016 speaks volumes about many of its thought leader's levels of ego. You have a subject just lying on the ground ready to be organized around, stop writing books and pick it up!
Complaining on twitter does nothing (probably like this thread will!), hosting cringy Groypercons does nothing but create a dox list and corrupt otherwise well-meaning young Conservatives.
It would be inconsiderate for me to end a thread without a solution. Call your congressmen. Meet with them, share with them your issues with the EO. These people meet with Trump all the time and are better conduits to your ideas than ranting on this God-forsaken website.

Be cheerful! Nations aren't lost in one election cycle, and oftentimes opportunity arises from unexpected places.

Also I better not see any of you rally against a DACA for RAISE act because that would be the best deal we could possibly ever get.
