lrt — az a GOM/shop owner myself i never experienced (or not YET) being told na overpriced ang items namin but im aware that people might think ang “laki ng patong” namin so let me break this down for yall:
we buy directly from weverse shop edi goods we got the items at original price BUT bakit kaya may patong? we have our items sent to PH thru lbc korea and fixed yung shipping fees nila depending on the box size you will avail
aside from this, we also pay a handling fee sa mga taong nagaayos ng items namin in our kr address. so magkano ba lahat handling + shipping fee namin? tadaaa 10k

forgot to mention this but when we buy items sa weverse shop we pay through paypal/eximbay and may fees pa po yan aside from mataas na palitan ng currencies
pero bakit di pa rin reasonable yung patong? :< we make sure to pack your items well so ofc we need packaging materials! bubble wraps, packaging tape, backing cardboards, poster tubes, etc. and where do we buy them? most of the time manggagaling pang metro manila
yung bubble wraps/poster tubes that we buy in bulk para masulit ang sapagkamahal na shipping

my main objective from the start is to bring official goods to my beloved hometown hehehh yasss lezgo Iloilo
https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="💜" title="Purple heart" aria-label="Emoji: Purple heart"> I’m lucky to have the resources and opportunities to have access to these goods
so thinking about these privileges that i have, why not share it by bringing the goods to Iloilo? tbh im actually surprised na may buyers kami from Metro Manila and I’m beyond grateful to them for trusting us kahit baguhan pa lang talaga kami
https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🥺" title="Pleading face" aria-label="Emoji: Pleading face">
going back, the remaining profits go to my coadmins who run the shop. di ko kakayananing mag isa coz well im not in PH in the first place
https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🤣" title="Rolling on the floor laughing" aria-label="Emoji: Rolling on the floor laughing"> and a part of these profits are used to open succeeding GOs din. and nagtitira kami in case of refunds/returns.
may GOs kami na mura, may times din na sobrang mahal - this is because we try to balance the “profits” kung kaya na bang icover yung intl sf + handling coz you also need to be good at estimating kung ilang goods kakasya sa iisang box para masulit
this is actually pretty stressful
https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😂" title="Face with tears of joy" aria-label="Emoji: Face with tears of joy"> i admit may GOs kaming nag negative yung profits kaya bumawi kami sa succeeding GOs. In addition, we can never deny na some buyers will rly think if legit ka or scam that is why i keep on posting updates/photos ng
items namin once they arrive in our kr address. we understand the anxiety. Anyway i think i said too much but ig this is just a glimpse behind the operations of running GOs/shops.
I just hope this thread will make people be more understanding when it comes to pricing ng items coz iba iba rin talaga diskarte ng bawat shop. Masyadong mahal benta nung iba? Don’t buy from them. Simple lang naman. Problema na nila yun kung pano nila ibenta with that pricing.
Wag problemahin ang problema ng iba and just let them be. Ok? Hope I shed some light on yall. (Bored lang din ako kaya napahaba to hahaha)
