i know no one really cares but heres my thoughts on the whole #brendonurieisoverparty. I read the thread and everything in it, and yes it makes sense why we're cancelling him, but some of the things in the tread dont really belong there. like the tweet where brendon calls zack-
"a fat asshole" when it was obviously a joke,, they both joke around like that all the time, and clearly zack didn't take offense to it and if he did i don't think he would still be brendon's manager.
another thing that shouldn't be there is when he explained the meaning behind miss jackson and people are saying its slut shaming ?? listen, i UNDERSTAND where they're coming from, but please its just about the girl he was fucking that was fucking his friends at the same time.
also the "transphobic" tweet he made saying a joke was "offensive to 9yo, jean-gendered and leather-gendered people." maybe its just bc im just not offended by these jokes, but i really dont see whats wrong with it and he apologized... if im dumb and wrong just tell me.
the "stage gay" stuff is just dumb im sorry he says its just a character he played. and then the friends with benefits thing doesn't make sense to me all he did was go to some girls house (after she asked) and then had sex with the two girls ???
and then the "making fun of bipolar disorder" and i cant really speak on this one that much bc im not bipolar,,, but it was just a vine about mood swings that i think everyone has. and THEN the making fun of people who were offended i dunno all him and zack were saying was-
that they're upset about censorship bc it "kills real conversation" i understand how people are upset for this one though. and the last one is the vine of him asking sarah to give him a beer and then saying "marriage" ???? i think its just a dumb joke but again im a dumb joke so
anyways thats it. i just wanted to give my thoughts bc i used to love this man to death. im also dumb as i said before so dont be mad pls just say smth like "omg alex this is wrong bc ________" yep okay
also where tf was this thread when i was asking everyone why people were mad at him like two weeks ago
