2/ This fix will resolve some of the issues such as: events and actions ending unexpectedly, build and action timers being reset or lost and sale packs missing. In the meantime, we have been able to take steps to prevent this issue further impacting players.
3/ A fix has been sent to your devices that should stop any new cases of the above problems occurring and allow players who were stuck on -8xxx days to participate in the SimChase 14 event. No download is necessary as this fix will already be applied to your games.
4/ Anyone that has lost a purchase, had an event fail, or lost a limited time prize due to these issues will be compensated.
