Graduated 6 years ago. Damn, time flies so fast đŸ„ș.

And yeah, hello thinner self. It’s been a while since I last saw you lol #ThrowbackThursday
Okay story time: right after this photo was taken, my family decided to go home and not finish the university graduation. We were approaching our van but I got a call from this college fling that I had
He was the first guy I dated after I broke up with my ex in 2013. It was 2014 and we met in one of the programs in the university radio station where we were co-hosts
We enjoyed each other’s company but we were afraid to push things further and enter into a relationship, fearing it will just conplicate the good friendship that we have. So yeah, I fell for him but it isn’t the right time so it was okay
Going back, I got a call from him and he said he wants to see me before I go home. After a while I saw him running towards me and smiling. He looked so cute in his barong and sablay
Then he blurted out “Asan na pic ko?” I asked “Anong pic sinasabi mo?” “Copy ng grad pic mo, di mo ba ako bibigyan?”

God knows I turned red knowing my parents was waiting inside the van and probably watching us
I got my wallet and good thing I have a copy of my graduation photo in it. I gave it to him and said “Yan lang ang meron ako ah”. He grabbed my hand, took my photo and then quickly placed his. “Eto naman yung pic ko, kunin mo din. Ayan may remembrance tayo.”
I blushed. Hahahaha. He then said “Thank you sa lahat. Magkikita pa naman tayo diba?” “Oo naman. Thank you rin. Sa lahat.” And then we hugged. At this point, I didn’t care anymore if my parents see us hugging. If there was a person that I could’ve introduced to them, it was him
6 years have passed and we remained good friends. We don’t see each other that often, but when we do, it was always a happy occasion. We would chat from time to time, share updates (or chismis lol) or ask for advice when we have problems
I am not sure if he is reading this (he used to have an account here) but yeah, if you are online and seeing this, I want to thank you because hindi man naging tayo, you stayed in my life and our closeness remained through all these years. 😊
I can still remember that one time we were inside the DJ’s booth with our other co-hosts and we held hands throughout the episode without them knowing na naglalandian tayo haha
And that day that you took the 2 hour jeepney ride to Cainta just to accompany me in my commute. I dunno why you did it but damn, that was memorable, to think that you live in QC
