@joe_cressy @JohnTory frankly any councillor that gives a damn. It’s not too late to change course. People are desperate. They are still crammed, thousands in “congregate settings” beds 2 feet apart, sharing washrooms & dining rooms. Each person could have a room of there own.

The curve is not flattening for people in “congregate settings”. Dr de Villa has finally stated it publicly. In response you talk about cherry blossoms and send police officers to ticket those who only have a park bench for a bed.
