American recipes are all "take an ounce of this first thing, a tablespoon of the second thing, 3/8 cup of the third thing, a quart and a half of the fourth thing, feel free to use half the amounts for a small batch".

It's been 12 years and I still can't.
Like maybe metric is a lost cause here but could you all standardise on milligallons or some goddamn thing?
Cleaning products are the same. "Dilute 1 1/4 oz per gallon for cleaning or 2 1/4 oz per gallon to disinfect."

Give me a RATIO, Lysol. HOW MANY THINGS TO HOW MANY OF THE SAME THING?
