stage b: the & #39;this idea is forming so well in my mind I cannot stop thinking about. it must be great. I must write this. I am excited& #39; stage
stage c: the & #39;my idea has begun to manifest as a story. there is Direction and I am confident and hype enough to do something. I shall soon be unstoppable& #39; stage
stage d: the & #39;i have begun outlining/plotting/drafting and it is AMAZING& #39; stage
*this is the stage where the amazing idea is passed to friends, who support this endeavor bc they are Good Friends*
stage e: the & #39;writing begins& #39; stage
stage f: the & #39;wait I did not anticipate this detail& #39; stage - early onset
stage g: the & #39;I have hit a writer block& #39; stage
*this stage may last between a few hours to several years*
stage h: the & #39;i have returned from writers block to Fuck Shit Up& #39; stage

stage i: the & #39;oh, the words, in fact, stopped me. they no longer cooperate& #39; stage
stage j: the & #39;*narrator voice: it was not, in fact, fine.& #39; stage
*at this stage, writing continues. however, general bullshit rises and mini episodic blocks pepper the writer& #39;s life like nasty hail storms and disruptive neighbors*
stage k: the & #39;i give up this is trash& #39; stage
stage l: the & #39;I WILL NOT GIVE UP, I HAVE WORKED TOO HARD& #39; stage
*writing resumes with renewed Vigor*
stage m: the & #39;i will finish this if i destroys me& #39; stage
stage n: the & #39;i have done all the major things, i am done now right?& #39; stage
*narrator voice: they were not, in fact, done*
stage o: the & #39;you have made contact with an editor& #39; stage
*this stage may occur at any time*
stage p: the & #39;you have finished the thing& #39; stage
stage q: the & #39;it is now time to edit your thing& #39; stage
stage r: the & #39;editing& #39; stage
stage s: the & #39;my editor is helping me and it is Important but I am still suffering why isn& #39;t this over" stage
stage t: the & #39;I must change a thing or my whole thing is RUINED& #39; stage
*the editor is present here and often ensuring the writer is not, in fact, destroying their thing*
stage u: the & #39;my thing is edited and my editor says I am done. Is this REAL LIFE?& #39; stage
