WHEAT FLOUR MIXED COCONUT DHOSAI nak ?

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, Grated coconut, Sugar, Salt

Steps:
a) First, add wheat flour.
b) Mix salt with hot water.
c) Then, mix salt water with wheat flour.
d) Add on brown sugar or white sugar.
e) Mix it well with water.
f) Add grated coconut.
g) Stir it well altogether.
h) Once the pan is hot, gently pour this batter into the center of the pan.
i) Spread the batter toward the edges of the pan in sweeping circular motions.
j) When the upper surface begin to look cooked, flip over the dhosai.
k) Wheat Flour Mix Coconut Dhosai is ready to serve.
Info : Incase if you don’t have non-stick pan, still you can use normal pan but use teaspoon of cooking oil and spread before pour the batter on pan.
