Interesting thing I found digging into the stay-at-home protests scheduled for May 1 in CA...the same language appears in petitions and calls to action for reopening Texas, North Carolina, Washington State, and Kansas City, Missouri.
The coordinator for the CA protests insists she made the website herself with no organizational help. https://www.wehaverights.com/ 
The website was registered using Go Daddy so I had no way of confirming ownership through a Whois search, so I went into the text itself. Take this one demand, for instance...
Did a google search using some of the text and found virtually the same thing in the Reopen Texas fb group

Based on other reporting (NY Times, WaPo, NBC), it seems there's a network of Tea Party activists/organizations along with some actors from Trump World working together to organize and amplify the relatively few voices of discontent. The overall purpose, to me, seems about...
...directing the pain and hurt from the virus away from government solutions, which would risk undoing decades of erosion of the New Deal/Great Society. As much as protestors say they are suffering—and they are; we all are—they think the government *never* has a place in helping.
Government instead should remove the impediments to business, step out of the way, and let the invisible, hopefully disinfected hand fix the rest.
