I can't imagine a scenario in which this fall hundreds of students will cram together in college classrooms. I simply cannot. Perhaps it is a failure of my imagination? #CovidCampus
I can imagine a scenario in which all large classes are online, but smaller classes continue to meet, albeit in larger classrooms.
I can't really imagine dorms operating as remotely normal absent effective treatment + fast ubiquitous testing. I can imagine dorms at, say, half capacity (along with robust testing being available).
I don't know what will happen. I think if I were a highschool senior I'd try to defer to january. If every hs senior does that, a vast number of great institutions will collapse absent massive governmental intervention. I got nothing but questions.
