So today @Postmates decided to add invisible fees to my order, cancelled 80% of order & didn't bother to let me know & despite my premium and my not being given any notice on the order changes then tacked on a $6 delivery fee since my order was now only $5. @Postmates_Help
@Postmates @Postmates_Help Especially in this time where people have less money to spend, how do you justify pulling this shit on your customers? The initial order was $20 with most of that being food. After your nonsense, it was $19 - with only $5 of that being food. NO NOTICE.
I would have cancelled that order and chosen a diff restaurant had you, the restaurant, or the postmate bothered to tell me before it was delivered. Since it was no-contact I couldn't even refuse it. This is insane and predatory towards your customers. @Postmates @Postmates_Help
And it really cannot be overstated that you guys somehow snuck invisible fees into my total. The total somehow comes out to be 15% more than it actually adds up to when all listed items & fees are tallied. #postmates @Postmates @Postmates_Help
If you're considering ordering from #postmates right now please read this thread and reconsider. Even paying for #postmatespremium won't help you when they decide to bait & switch your order and add invisible fees to your total. Choose #grubhub or #ubereats or any other service.
