A party that chooses to run candidates who sound like this might be a party that actually wins.

Is this populism? Sure. Is it Trumpism? No. It’s the opposite. It is anger and simplicity and clarity and moral passion and outrage and righteous indignation and common sense and empathy for people wrapped up all together, and it sounds nothing like talking about tax credits.
