since all i’ve seen today is how louis apparently can’t sing and how one direction would’ve been better if he’d left instead of zayn, it’s time to talk about how much louis has actually helped 1D. First of all, Louis vocals furthered the music 1D were producing. his voice is +
very unique. his accent is different from the others. what many don’t realize is that louis sang in almost every if not every chorus. his voice and it’s uniqueness brought so much to those choruses. remember that vid of rock me where lou lost his mic? it didn’t sound right +
until he found his mic and starting singing. as soon as he starting singing the song immediately went back to sounding normal. that just proves just how important his voice is to the choruses. his voice is naturally bright and loud and just good all the way around. +
he brings so much to all their songs. also his range! he has an outstanding range! in 2015 it was A2-D5! and now it’s 2020 so imagine what it is now! since his voice is naturally high and bright, he can effortlessly hit those high notes in his chest voice! and he could go even +
higher if he uses his head voice! louis rarely used his head voice in 1D. Louis only uses falsetto in Defenceless and OTB, head voice in Moments and chest voice for the rest of his high notes. this man is soooo talented yet he is the underrated one! he has an outstanding amount +
of talent! and the amount of emotion he can show? just wow! and you can hear the emotions as he sings! Smooth yet raspy voice, can hit high notes, can bring his tone right down as he does in I Want To Write You A Song! he can bring the tones up for always you and KMM! and +
let’s talk about his breath control! his breath control is outstanding! the fact that he can sing so many drawn out phrases all in one breath will always amaze me! he can hit every note flawlessly and pronounce every word clearly! this man is so talented! and +
this man has helped me so much! his voice and talent amazes me and has honestly saved my life! he’s helped me through so so much! i love him so much and i always will!

one more important thing, dare i forget his songwriting skills! he wrote the majority of the songs for the last 3 albums! his songwriting skills are absolutely incredible and i’ve never felt more proud of him, and the songwriting skills on his album? freaking incredible!
